What Data of Yours is Collected during Your Visit to Our Website?

Web Server Log Files

For the purpose of providing services and analysing errors, the following data is collected automatically on our website:

  • browser style version and operating system
  • page requested (URL)
  • data volume transferred and website access speed
  • date and time of the server request
  • IP address from where the page was accessed

This data serves solely to provide website service and error analysis (e.g. page not found). It deals only indirectly with personal data. This data is not added to other data sources.

The basis for data processing is Art. 6 paragraph 1 lit. b DSGVO, which permits data processing for the purpose of fulfilling a contract or pre-contractual measures.

Contact Form

Should you use our contact forms, the data you provide will be saved for the purposes of responding to your request. The only data saved is that which you enter into our form. Your data will not be passed onto third parties without your express permission.

The data entered by you remains with us until the purpose for its collection is no longer applicable, such as to complete the processing of your inquiry, or until you revoke your consent or demand that we delete or block your data.

Newsletter Data

We require an email address from you if you are to receive our newsletters. In order to send you our newsletter, we need you to verify your given email address. Supplementary data will not be collected or is simply voluntary. The data is used purely for the purposes of sending you the newsletter.

The data collected during the newsletter registration is used only on the basis of your permission (Art. 6 paragraph 1 lit. a DSGVO). You may revoke your consent at any time. You may do this by sending a simple email or clicking on the “unsubscribe” link in the newsletter. The legality of the data processing processes already carried out remains unaffected by the revocation.

The data provided while setting up a newsletter subscription will be deleted when one unsubscribes to the newsletter. If this data was transmitted to us for other purposes and to other location, they will continue to be held by us.

This page uses the map service Google Maps via an API. The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

These are used, for example, for route planning. This information is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
