Aetna Group will bring a comprehensive end-of-line system and modular, flexible stand-alone solutions at Drinktec 2025.
Aetna Group will be present at Drinktec 2025 from September 15 to 19 in Munich with an exhibition space of over 900 sqm -booth A5-301 - entirely dedicated to innovation in the beverage sector.
Complete high-speed end-of-line system for 500ml beer cans:
- Dimac Nova Wide film shrink-wrapper, capable of reaching 120 packs per minute on a double track, resulting in approximately 90,000 cans per hour.
- Mizar Advance layer forming system, up to 40 cycles per minute. Its compact and modular design stands out.
- Dual-axis single-column palletiser equipped with a complete layer handling and management system. High performance, up to 8 layers per minute.
- Genesis Thunder automatic wrapping machine, capable of handling pallets of various sizes with extremely high performance, stabilizing over 200 pallets per hour.
- Auriga LGV, laser-guided vehicle is employed for pallet automatic handling.
Alongside the line, the booth will also feature a selection of stand-alone machines, demonstrating the Group’s broad technological spectrum:
- Helix 4/2 EVO, the evolution of the well-established double rotary arm wrapper. Designed to deliver high performance, Helix 4/2 EVO can wrap up to 150 pallets per hour, even for large sized pallets.
- Меурасk VP500 case packer, offering two alternating formats. The Partition Inserter System precisely places dividers between products, synchronizing with product formation, before insertion into a wrap-around carton. The system ensures particularly gentle handling and optimal protection for glass bottles. The second format allows packing clusters of cans on trays. Modular design, a compact footprint, total accessibility, and perfectly synchronized movements are further advantages of this system.
- Technoplat Paper Wrapper, wrapping with paper instead of traditional plastic film
- ReCYCLE, Robopac’s solution designed to compact and reduce the volume of packaging waste materials.
- Robot S7, self-propelled robot for pallet wrapping, built to wrap and stabilize palletized loads of any shape, size, and weight using stretch film.

Aetna Group takes the spotlight at Fachpack with three cutting-edge machines by Robopac and Meypack.
Fachpack - the European trade fair for packaging, technology, and processes - is considered a central meeting point for experts who wish to exchange information on the latest trends and the most advanced innovative solutions.
Scheduled in Nuremberg from 23 to 25 September 2025, the event expects more than 37,000 visitors from various industrial sectors, alongside nearly 1,500 exhibitors from around the world.
Aetna Group has reserved a space of over 100 m² in Hall 3C | Stand 330 to showcase three high-performance technologies:
- Fully automatic Helix 4 Evo rotary arm wrapping machine by Robopac
- FW horizontal wrapping machine by Meypack
- Taping and sealing machine for paper bags from the FTS series, also by Meypack.
The automatic Helix 4 Evo wrapping machine stands out for its high efficiency and outstanding production performance. The innovative Easy-Lock system allows wrapping film to be reduced to a rope and placed on the pallet without the need for a lifter. Cube Level 1 technology's intelligent film management (variable film pre-stretch and application tension with two motors) minimises film consumption while improving transport stability and safety. The integrated troubleshooting system in the HMI assists the operator step-by-step with images, explanations, and instructions, allowing rapid problem resolution and minimal downtime.
The FW horizontal wrapping machine with stretch film from Meypack operates with maximum efficiency while using the least amount of resources. It is the ideal packaging solution for the transportation of frozen foods and other products in retail cartons. Features of this system include gentle packaging with stable film wrapping, which has also been verified by tests in the Aetna Group's TechLab. Easy opening design for tool-free opening at the point of sale and energy-saving processing, optionally combinable with a module for wrap-around cartons.
The second machine from Meypack is from the FTS (Fold, Tape, Seal) series and features secured fold closures for paper bags. Meypack has over 60 years of experience in bag closing technology for open paper and plastic bags.
